| The Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA) was incorporated in 1982 as a non profit organization serving the needs of industry members in Nebraska and Iowa. Our members managed approximately 10,000 units of HUD, RHS, and tax credit financed affordable housing. AHMA sponsors an industry trainings each year throughout our two states region. |
